1.1 Appointment Creation and Appointment Cancellation

1.1.1  How to Reach…

After logging into the program, the appointment screen is opened with the “Appointment Calendar” option in the “Left Menu”.It is also possible to reach the relevant screen quickly by typing the name of the screen in the “Search” field at the top of the Left Menu.

1.1.2  How to View Slots…

When the Appointment Calendar screen is opened, the date of the day is selected by default. The user can set the date forward or backward with the right-left arrow keys (1,2) in the calendar area. (3) should be checked. After the dates of the slots to be displayed are set, desired selections can be made from the Combos of Service(4), Group(6) and Unit(8). If Service(4) is selected, the button(5) that calls the service slots next to the relevant combo is pressed. After selecting (6), the relevant button(7) is pressed, and after selecting the Unit(8), the relevant button(9) is pressed.

1.1.3  How to Create an Appointment…

After the slots to be made an appointment are displayed on the screen, the detail of the relevant slot is opened by double-clicking on which time an appointment will be made (1). After the Appointment Detail screen is opened, first the Patient Selection is made. The selection button (2) is pressed for the patient selection process. After checking the data such as Patient, Service, Time, Date, Explanation, etc., the appointment is saved by pressing the Save(3) button.

1.1.3  How to Cancel an Appointment…

The Appointment Detail screen is opened by double-clicking on the appointment to be canceled. The “Cancel” (1) button on the bottom right of the screen is pressed and the appointment is canceled after selecting the “Reason for Cancellation”.

For the appointments to be canceled, it is mandatory to choose among the “Reasons for Cancellation” defined by the system administrators. Appointment cancellation will not take place without selecting Reason for Cancellation. Cancel Description field is not a required field, it can be entered if desired.
